Invitation to Exhibit

You are cordially invited to exhibit your products and/or services at the upcoming San Diego Flute Guild 2011 Spring Flute Festival. This is the San Diego Flute Guild’s biggest event of the year and one of the largest events of its kind in Southern California. It is a great opportunity to reach flutists in this region with your products or services. This year’s event will feature Powell artist, Christina Jennings, as well as a number of other artist presentations and of course the competitive aspirations of the regions best young flutists.

Exhibitors’ table displays will be located in the registration room allowing the greatest exposure to all flutists attending the festival. The day long event will also provide many opportunities for flutists to explore what exhibitors have to offer. To further expose attendees to the products and services of our exhibitors and sponsors, we will be holding a raffle for two prize baskets.

We would request exhibitors consider the donation of 1‐2 items appropriate for the raffle baskets. Additional sponsorship opportunities are also available.

Exhibitor space is limited and will be reserved on a first come first served basis.

To reserve your spot at this year’s event please reply via email with some basic information (see below). Because we are getting close to the event your timely reply is appreciated.

We hope you will join us and add to the excitement of this event. If I can answer any questions or assist in any way, please contact me (or cell 760‐525‐9119).
